Senior Technical Project Manager (Payments Platform)We are seeking experienced Senior Technical Project Managers to support a large-scale payment processing platform used by mid-sized businesses. This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role where you will act as the central leader ("quarterback") responsible for driving multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through execution. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, business stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.Lead and manage 5–8 concurrent projects, including both new implementations and ongoing support initiativesCoordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, product, stakeholders, clients, and vendorsSupport new client onboarding onto the payment platformDrive delivery of new features and use cases for existing clientsTrack project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverablesTranslate business needs into actionable plans for technical teamsServe as the primary point of contact for project communication and status updatesEnsure alignment between technical execution and business goalsProven experience as a Senior Technical Project ManagerExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex initiativesExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsBackground in payments, financial technology, or credit card processingFamiliarity with.NET and/or Azure-based platformsPrior technical or development experience (ability to interpret SOWs and technical documentation)Experience working in client-facing or highly collaborative environmentsAbout Theoris: Our goal is to Fuel Your Career!
