Program ManagerWe are seeking a results?driven Program Manager to lead and deliver complex industrial programs from initiation through execution. This role is responsible for driving program performance across scope, schedule, resources, and budget, while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, financial acumen, and program execution experience, with the ability to influence cross?functional teams and adapt in a dynamic, global environment.
This role also requires significant travel (up to 50%), both domestic and international.ResponsibilitiesLead end?to?end program lifecycle, from planning through execution and deliveryDevelop and manage the Program Management Plan in collaboration with program sponsors and stakeholdersEnsure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targetsEstablish and enforce change control processes across all program dimensionsManage and allocate resources, working with functional leaders to secure required skillsetsIdentify, assess, and proactively manage program risks and issues; implement corrective actionsDrive timely resolution of issues and escalate when neededMonitor program performance and provide regular status reporting to leadershipCoordinate cross?functional teams across potentially global or distributed environmentsEnsure effective communication with all stakeholders, including leadership and project teamsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree (Engineering preferred; Master's is a plus)At least 3 years of program management experience (as lead or key contributor)Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operationsStrong understanding of finance and cost accounting principlesProven ability to manage scope, resources, budgets, and timelinesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsStrong problem?solving, organizational, and decision?making abilitiesFluent in EnglishWillingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and international)Preferred QualificationsExperience in metering or related industrial productsProven success in managing cross?functional engineering or manufacturing programsAdvanced degree (MBA or related field)
