Responsibilities
- Strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Lead multiple strategic sourcing initiatives following standard methodologies
- Identify key business partners and lead cross-functional teams to develop sourcing strategies
- Analyze spend data and industry trends to prioritize sourcing initiatives
- Gather stakeholder insights and business requirements to ensure sourcing solutions meet needs
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiencies
- Manage the planning and execution of RFIs and RFPs
- Lead supplier negotiations
- Manage supplier selection and develop data analysis for informed decisions
- Contribute to implementation and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of sourcing experience
- Knowledge of IT category, focusing on services and software
- Experience with renewal and contract negotiations
