IT Procurement Analyst
📍 Memphis, TN – Hybrid
- First month: 100% onsite training
- After training: Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite
Role:
Looking for an IT Procurement/Sourcing Analyst with 3+ years of IT sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage IT sourcing events, RFPs, and vendor evaluations.
- Negotiate IT contracts and pricing with technology vendors.
- Perform spend analysis and identify cost/value opportunities.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, risks, and governance.
- Review IT contracts, pricing models, usage, SLAs, and terms.
- Partner with Legal and internal IT/business stakeholders.
- Develop sourcing strategies and support vendor selection.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate, terminate, extend, or optimize IT contracts.
Must-have:
- 3+ years IT Procurement / IT Sourcing / Technology Vendor Management
- IT vendor and technology contract experience
- RFP/sourcing event experience
- Contract negotiation experience
- Strong written communication
- Enterprise-level sourcing experience is a plus
