Providing timely solutions to escalated incidents and service requests. Identify trends; recommend and implement improvements to reduce volume. Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for the daily maintenance of applications and underlying systems.
Understanding of FTP concepts. Monitor servers, applications and FTP accounts. Troubleshoot any batch jobs & FTP related issues & participate in P1/P2 Major incidents.
Work experience on Solarwinds/DataDog Monitoring tool.
