IT Business Systems AnalystThe IT Business Systems Analyst supports the PMO, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Performance Management functions within the technology organization. This role is responsible for executing and coordinating portfolio reporting, governance tracking, and performance metrics processes under the direction of leadership. The Analyst will provide structured analysis, reporting support, and cross-team coordination to ensure visibility and consistency across initiatives.
This position supports leadership in executing established roadmaps and governance processes and does not own strategy or portfolio direction.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & PMO SupportMaintain portfolio tracking tools, status reports, and documentationConsolidate updates from project managers into standardized reporting formatsTrack risks, issues, dependencies, and action itemsSupport preparation of governance and leadership meeting materialsEnsure timely follow-up on assigned action items and deliverablesMaintain portfolio data accuracy and consistencyPerformance Metrics & ReportingSupport tracking and reporting of defined KPIs and performance measuresMaintain dashboards and reporting templatesAnalyze trends and summarize insights for leadership reviewAssist in improving reporting processes and data qualityOrganizational Change SupportAssist in stakeholder tracking and impact documentationSupport communications and training coordination activitiesTrack change-related action items and adoption measuresProvide documentation and reporting support for change initiativesRequired Qualifications7–10 years of experience in business analysis, PMO support, program coordination, or operational reportingExperience working within IT or technology-focused organizationsStrong analytical and documentation skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointAbility to synthesize information into clear and structured summariesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work cross-functionally and follow through on deliverablesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting a PMO or portfolio management functionFamiliarity with Jira or similar project tracking toolsExposure to Organizational Change Management (OCM) practicesExperience preparing materials for leadership meetingsKey CompetenciesHighly organized and execution-focusedDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughProactive in identifying gaps in informationClear and concise communicatorComfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
