REQUIREMENTS
Seeking a litigation associate with experience representing clients in district court cases, ITC proceedings, or arbitration involving patents or trade secrets. Other relevant experience includes work on IPRs or other post‑grant patent proceedings. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and demonstrated strengths in legal research, writing, and advocacy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. A technical background, active patent bar registration, and judicial clerkship experience (particularly at the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals) are highly valued.
