The associate will gain exposure to a wide range of investment matters while working with attorneys who bring significant experience in this area.Investment Management ResponsibilitiesReview, analyze, and negotiate complex investment and transactional documentsAdvise clients on traditional and alternative investment transactionsManage multiple transactions and projects simultaneouslyCoordinate with clients, opposing counsel, internal attorneys, and paralegalsIdentify and communicate material legal and business issuesSupport transactions from initial review through closingCollaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areasDevelop a strong understanding of investment structures and business considerationsProvide responsive, practical, and detail-oriented client serviceInvestment Management QualificationsJ.D.

from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Washington State Bar, or eligibility to become admitted3+ years of experience as an Associate.
