The Investment Funds Attorney will support sophisticated fund formation, structuring, and compliance matters for a broad range of investment vehicles and clients. This position requires a highly experienced attorney with strong technical knowledge, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced legal environment.Key Responsibilities• Advise clients on investment fund formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance • Draft, review, and negotiate fund formation and governance documents • Provide legal guidance on private investment structures and related transactions • Support clients on ongoing compliance and operational matters • Conduct legal research and analysis related to investment funds issues • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on complex transactional matters • Manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work productQualifications• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in investment funds law • Significant experience in fund formation, structuring, and compliance • Active bar admission required • Strong academic credentials • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage sophisticated legal matters in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgmentPhysical Demands• Ability to perform standard office functions, including typing and computer use • Regularly required to communicate verbally and in writing • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail for extended periods
