Duties
- Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group.
- Represent clients in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Handle transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and complex financings.
- Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and business professionals effectively.
- Produce timely and accurate work products.
- Meet deadlines and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
- Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
- AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.
- Education: JD Degree from an accredited law school.
- Certifications: Admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
- Skills: strong analytical and writing skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to work collaboratively and independently, good business judgment and attention to detail.
