About the Role
Everet Marsh is connecting with talented investment banking professionals in Denver for potential opportunities with a specialist technology-focused M&A advisory firm. The ideal candidate will have strong transaction execution experience, particularly across software, SaaS, IT services, FinTech or broader technology sectors.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
- Build and maintain financial models, including DCF, LBO and comparable company analyses.
- Prepare confidential information memoranda (CIMs), management presentations and pitch materials.
- Conduct market research, company valuations and strategic analysis.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and communicate with clients, buyers and investors.
- Work directly with senior bankers throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA qualifications advantageous.
Required Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory or corporate finance.
- Previous transaction execution experience, preferably in technology M&A.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
- Experience preparing transaction documentation and managing due diligence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Denver-based candidates preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Candidates from boutique investment banks, middle-market advisory firms or technology-focused M&A teams are particularly encouraged to connect.
- Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, IT services, FinTech or digital infrastructure transactions would be highly relevant. xhqgsiq
