Inventory Control OperatorLocation: 1440 Windway St, Odessa TX • Base pay range: $20–$23/hr depending on experience level + $3 night shift differential • Reimbursable expenses: None. No mileage, housing, per diem, or relocation coverage. Max BR: $34.71 Shifts & Work Hours • Night shift: 7 PM–7 AM • Day shift: 7 AM–7 PM • 11 days on / 3 days off, every other Fri/Sat/SunWhat you will do:Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in OraclePerform daily inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and material consumptionExecute cycle counts and support physical inventory audits; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actionsReceive incoming materials; verify quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing slipsProcess system receipts accurately and ensure timely inventory updatesPrepare, verify, and process outbound shipments including picking, packing, labeling, and documentationEnsure all shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, labels) is accurate, complete, and compliantTrack and resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies in a timely mannerReview and validate all inbound and outbound transactions for accuracy and proper system entrySupport production scheduling by ensuring material availability and staging requirements are metEnsure compliance with company policies, SOX/internal controls, and all safety and regulatory standardsMaintain organized, clean, and safe storage areas in alignment with 5S principlesIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in inventory and warehouse processesTrain and support team members on inventory procedures, system transactions, and best practicesMinimum Qualifications:1 years of experience in inventory control and supply chainImmigration sponsorship not offered for this roleAccuracy and attention to detailStrong proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications and SAPInteract politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkersAbility to work under general supervisionEffectively present information and respond to questionsIntermediate verbal and written communication skillsAction oriented for delivering resultsCustomer first mindsetSuccessful planning, priority setting, informing, results and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skills including the ability to explain and trainAbility to interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
