Seeking an experienced Imaging - IR Tech to support an Interventional Radiology department for a 13-week assignment. This opportunity requires someone able to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic clinical setting while utilizing advanced IR techniques and Epic charting.
Schedule:
- 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Participation in a rotating call schedule is required
- Demonstrated IR vascular experience is essential
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
- Current certification and licensure as required for IR Tech roles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Perform IR vascular procedures, ensuring safety and comfort for all patients
- Accurately document all patient interactions and procedures in Epic
- Prepare and maintain IR suite, monitoring equipment and supplies
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals during procedures
- Respond promptly to call assignments and urgent cases as scheduled
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and best practices in IR
