• Base Salary: starting at $265,000 per year

Job/Practice Description

• Full‑time, Saginaw, MI
• Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician
• Direct primary medical care to all patients with highest medical standards and ethics in caring atmosphere
• Outpatient practice settings with robust employed hospitalist program
• Several subspecialists part of medical staff, including surgical specialties and pediatric subspecialties
• Work‑Life Balance: Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements
• Typical schedule 4.5 days per week, 36 patient contact hours, 4 administrative hours
• Flexibility for 4‑day work week may be available depending on other providers
• Clinic hours Monday‑Thursday 8 AM‑4:30 PM (1 hr lunch), Friday 8 AM‑12 PM; variability based on clinic and provider needs
• No mandated Saturday or evening requirements
• Call Arrangement: shared call with primary care colleagues (phone only)
• Patient Volume: moving to a 15/30‑minute schedule (from 20/40 minutes) with ability to extend for patients requiring longer
• Support Staff: each physician has one dedicated MA; clinics typically have onsite manager or shared leadership, generally one clerical MA for check‑in and one for check‑out
• Some clinics have Lead MAs and Case Managers; plans for expansion of Case Manager support
• Technology & Efficiency: utilizes Epic EMR with ongoing support from Onsite Support Assistants; DeepScribe used for note‑taking; seamless communication for admissions and ER visits sent to PCP via Epic
• Procedures and Virtual Appointments: all practices perform minor procedures based on provider preference; all clinics have capability for virtual appointments
• Patient‑Centered Medical Homes: many practice sites are designated PCMH, some with CPC+ status

Professional Background

• Board Eligible / Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Ability to hold Michigan State license
• Open to new grad or experienced physicians
• H1B sponsorship if necessary
