Insurance Career Rotations: Path to Account Manager

IMA Financial Group, Inc. invites graduates to join the IMA Ascend program, a 12–24 month in-office rotational experience based in Denver, CO. You will rotate through Property & Casualty, Construction, Real Estate, and Claims to build a solid foundation in insurance and client service.

During the program, participants receive intensive training, participate in IMA University, and work toward professional licenses, with mentorship and a path to a full-time Account Manager role within the company.
