Jackpot Recruiting is hiring Remote Insurance Sales Agents on behalf of one of our established client companies.

We are looking for motivated insurance professionals who are comfortable working with clients virtually, following up consistently, and closing business in a performance-driven environment.

This is a **100% remote sales position** with **company-provided leads, no door-to-door sales, and no traditional cold calling**.

### What You’ll Do

* Meet with prospective clients by phone and Zoom
* Work company-provided insurance leads
* Review client needs and present available coverage options
* Help clients understand products and complete applications
* Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients
* Track appointments, applications, and sales activity
* Participate in ongoing virtual training and coaching
* Work toward individual production goals

### What We’re Looking For

* Active life and/or health insurance license preferred
* Previous insurance sales experience is a plus
* Strong communication and closing skills
* Comfortable conducting appointments virtually
* Self-motivated and organized
* Coachable and open to ongoing training
* Reliable internet connection
* Computer and webcam
