Key Qualifications:

• Active GaPSC Paraprofessional Educator Certificate required. Alternatively, candidates may qualify with an Associate's degree or by having passed the Para GACE exam.
• Previous experience in special education or ABA settings is highly valued, though not required-essentially, a willingness to assist and learn is most important.
• Must feel comfortable supporting students with a range of special education needs, including providing assistance with toileting.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a positive team-oriented mindset.
• Ready to commit to a full academic year, with hours totaling 37.5 per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support classroom management and instruction under the guidance of certified educators.
• Assist students with daily activities, educational tasks, and personal care as needed.
