Installation Project ManagerLegendary Home Services | New Hope, MN $25-$28/hour | Full-Time | In-Office Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30am-7:00pmAbout the Opportunity: Legendary Home Services is looking for an experienced, highly organized Installation Project Manager to manage residential projects across our HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewer & water divisions. This position serves as an important connection between Sales and Operations, helping ensure that what we sell can be successfully executed in the field.What You'll Do:Own projects through the sold-to-installed and project closeout processReview sold projects for accuracy, completeness, feasibility, and field readinessVerify scope of work, equipment, materials, measurements, jobsite information, photos, forms, pricing, and supporting documentationIdentify discrepancies between what was sold and what is required to successfully complete the projectVerify required information and documentation before projects move into installationWork directly with Sales, Operations, and field teams to resolve project questions and discrepanciesReview project estimates, sold-job documentation, and supporting information for accuracyEnsure project information is accurately created and maintained within ServiceTitanCoordinate project scheduling, field resources, equipment, materials, and subcontractorsIdentify unusual, complex, or higher-risk projects requiring additional planning before work beginsAnticipate potential installation challenges and coordinate solutions before they impact the customer or field teamHelp prevent incorrect equipment, missing materials, return trips, installation delays, permit issues, and avoidable customer concernsCoordinate equipment and material requirements and verify availabilityCreate, maintain, and review project purchase ordersCoordinate permits, permit payments, inspections, licensing documentation, and code-related requirementsTrack permit and inspection status through completionCoordinate resolution of inspection corrections or outstanding code requirementsVerify installation photos, equipment serial numbers, project forms, and required documentationReview completed projects for billing readiness and documentation accuracyVerify purchase orders, project costs, invoices, and supporting documentationMonitor projects through final completion and ensure outstanding items are resolvedCoordinate or complete post-installation customer follow-upCommunicate proactively with customers when project circumstances require additional coordinationPartner closely with Sales, Operations, Install, Service, Accounting, and other departmentsReview project and workflow trends to identify recurring breakdownsRecommend and help implement improvements to the sold-to-completed processHelp create consistency and accountability in project processes across all Legendary Home Services divisionsAssist with reporting, project tracking, and operational analysis as neededWhat We're Looking For:The right person combines strong project management skills with operational judgment and exceptional attention to detail.
