Visual Communications - Project ManagerInsomniac is looking for a Visual Communications - Project Manager to provide support and bring new ideas into the Visual Communications department. The Visual Communications - Project Manager will oversee and manage the advancement, design, production and deployment of all requested visual assets. This position will report to the Visual Communications - Senior Project Manager.

This is not a remote position.Responsibilities include managing production meetings, liaising cross-functionally between experience, operations, production and fabrication, documenting and distributing SOPs, providing project development updates, partnering with the experience team to advance equipment and site needs, facilitating safe operation and maintenance of all equipment, maintaining detailed digital records, ensuring safe working conditions, operating utility vehicles, conducting daily rounds, recruiting, hiring, training and onboarding team members, and handling special projects and tasks as assigned. Travel will be required (economy).Qualifications include a degree or trade school accreditation in Graphic Design, Event Management, or Project Management; related field experience; 3+ years of festival and concert tour experience; proven ability to remain calm and professional in all situations; thorough understanding of festival production; valid and current driver license, U.S. Passport, and credit card for hotel incidentals; working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in MAC/PC; well-versed in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills; position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 75lbs; excellent communication and presentation skills with technical, non-technical, and executive audiences; proven ability to project a professional image.Work environment includes willingness to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines; ability to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event locations; ability to work in open concept office space.Equal Employment Opportunity: Insomniac aspires to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
