This is a hands-on, in-plant role supporting production by preparing accurate, high-quality inks.Responsibilities:Mix, weigh, and prepare water-based inks according to specifications.Perform precise color matching and press toning.Deliver press-ready inks to production lines.Maintain documentation, including adjustments and returns.Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.Follow all required PPE and safety procedures.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience with water-based inks.Flexographic printing, color formulation, and color matching experience.Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Relocation assistance is possible.Or refer someone
