Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing IT projects through the complete project lifecycle.
- Experience independently leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and reporting experience.
- Experience establishing project governance and managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
- Experience with vendor management, budget monitoring, and cost forecasting.
- Experience coordinating business requirements, testing, UAT, implementation, and operational readiness.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to maintain project documentation and support governance, audit, security, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with executives and technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent recognized project management credential.
- Enterprise-level IT project management experience.
- Experience with technology modernization, system implementations, integrations, or organizational transformation.
- Experience managing cybersecurity, data protection, business continuity, or regulatory compliance projects.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Public-sector or regulated-industry project experience.
- Experience mentoring other project managers and improving PMO processes.
