nThe Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases is seeking an Infectious Diseases Physician at the level of Professor of Clinical Medicine. Clinical responsibilities include Infectious Diseases consultation and teaching on the inpatient services at Highland Hospital. Responsibilities will also include administrative responsibilities as the Director of Hospital Epidemiology at Highland Hospital.
nThe successful candidate may have opportunities to join established investigative teams working on clinical or epidemiological research, depending on the academic interests of the candidate.
nCandidates must possess an MD degree or equivalent, be eligible for a New York State medical license, have completed fellowship training in Infectious Diseases and be board-certified or board- eligible in the Infection Diseases specialty. Post-offer health assessment is also required.
