Project ManagerA well-established industrial contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support complex industrial and infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest. This role will oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating closely with field operations, vendors, subcontractors, and clients on heavy industrial and mechanical scopes.Projects include industrial/process facilities, hydropower, water/wastewater infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, and heavy mechanical systems. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys fast-paced construction operations, self-perform environments, and technically challenging projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage industrial construction projects from kickoff through completionOversee budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost trackingCoordinate with field teams, superintendents, vendors, and subcontractorsManage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change ordersSupport project planning, sequencing, and scheduling activitiesMaintain client communication and project reportingTrack labor, equipment, materials, and productivityAssist with subcontractor management and contract administrationSupport safety, quality control, and project documentation effortsCoordinate closely with estimating and operations teams during project executionRequirements5-10+ years of construction project management experienceIndustrial, mechanical, process piping, power, or heavy civil experience strongly preferredExperience managing self-perform construction projects preferredStrong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, and cost controlExperience with RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change managementComfortable working in active industrial or infrastructure environmentsStrong communication and coordination skillsExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools preferredBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredCompensation & BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTO
