We are seeking an Industrial Automation Project Engineer in the Seattle Metro, WA to design and deliver control systems for industrial and process facilities.

Responsibilities
- Design PLC, HMI, and SCADA control systems for industrial clients.
- Develop control narratives, panel layouts, and I O lists.
- Program and test PLC logic before field deployment.
- Lead startup, commissioning, and site acceptance testing.
- Coordinate scope, schedule, and budget with project managers.
- Troubleshoot process control issues in live plants.
- Train plant operators and maintenance staff.
- Document configurations, drawings, and turnover packages.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Hold a degree in engineering or equivalent automation experience.
- Bring three or more years programming PLC and HMI systems.
- Read electrical and process drawings.
- Support startup work at industrial sites.
- Complete OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 training.
Nice-to-Haves
- Bring Rockwell, Siemens, or Ignition platform experience.
- Understand industrial networks and cybersecurity basics.
- Support food, water, or manufacturing plants.
