We offer a very unique opportunity for the existing mold inspector to make more money!Benefits:401K available with 4% matchingPaid holidays and sick leaveNo weekends or eveningsBase pay plus commission!Responsibilities:Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycleEngage with clients to understand needsEvaluate mold investigations and determine possible mold risksEffectively conduct home inspections for indoor air quality related issuesEffectively explain defects of home inspections in report formCreate job quotesProvide excellent customer service and communicate effectively to achieve customer satisfactionEffectively maintain POS/CRM system protocolsQualifications & Skills:Two or more years performing home inspections or mold inspectionsCRIE or higher certification is ideal.

Other IAQ certifications are consideredStrong report writing and data interpretation skillsConstruction and building science knowledgeMust have a professional appearance and positive attitudeA valid driver license with a good driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background checkMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 poundsCustomer oriented - ability to take care of the customers' needsProblem solving - identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information skillfully. Work well in group problem solving situations.Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to relate well to all people inside and outside the organization. Builds appropriate rapport with subordinates, peers, and clients.Demonstrates persistence by rapid follow-up on commitments. Asks probing questions in order to fully understand customer needs.
