Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager in Denver (DTC), CO to be the first point of contact for agents joining Compass. You will train users on tools, assist with marketing requests, and ensure a world-class agent experience.
You will work 100% in-office at Ulster St, supporting onboarding and ongoing initiatives while mentoring junior teammates and coordinating with cross-functional teams. If you excel at client relations and problem solving, this role is for you.
