In House Marketing Representative

Job DescriptionAs an In?House Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in engaging eligible onsite guests and encouraging them to attend a Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) presentation or purchase a vacation package at an HGV resort. Team Members are the foundation of our success and contribute to delivering outstanding guest experiences.Full?time Team Members are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and travel benefits.ResponsibilitiesDistribute approved promotional materials and incentives to guests who meet tour qualifications as determined by Marketing ManagementAccurately complete required documentation and enter guest dispositions into CRM systems (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce)Provide location-based guest services and direct guests to appropriate resort resourcesMaintain monthly Minimum Performance StandardsReview production reports and communicate challenges to management in a timely mannerContact guests through onsite call campaigns using company CRM systemsProvide accurate information to the Fulfillment Department to support pre-gifting servicesDeliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional and positive presence onsitePerform other reasonable duties as assigned by managementQualificationsMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent 1+ year of face-to-face consumer sales or marketing experience Strong interpersonal and guest relations skills Highly motivated and self-driven Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of the local areaPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree (BA/BS)Equal Opportunity Employer Hilton Grand Vacations is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/Disabled/Veterans).
