In-House Construction Counsel: Lead Disputes & Litigation

MWH Constructors is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to lead construction disputes, claims, and litigation across the United States. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will develop practical legal strategies, mitigate risk, and safeguard the company’s interests in major water and heavy civil projects.

This role is based at MWH’s corporate headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado, and requires full-time onsite work.
