In-Home Supports Lead & Training Manager

PKT Enterprises is hiring an In Home Supports Manager (IHS M) to work with adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness and to manage IHS DSP's. This role blends leadership, coordination, and hands-on understanding of client needs, being in the community and spending time in the office.

Your core responsibilities include: Working with individuals in the community; Supervising, supporting, and training Direct Support Professionals; Ensuring documentation and month-end paperwork are
