In-Home ABA Therapist | Flexible Part-Time Behavior Tech

Behavioral Health Works in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children with ASD. You’ll track progress, communicate with families, and help reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills in engaging sessions.

We offer part-time hours (10–15 per week) with flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement, and access to voluntary benefits. A minimum of 60 college credits or an active RBT certification is required.
