Import Manager

Southpoint is looking for an experienced, hands-on professional to manage overseas apparel sourcing, production, and imports. This position reports directly to the owner and will work alongside our current import manager to learn our business and take responsibility for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with overseas garment factories.
• Manage purchase orders, costing, production schedules, and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate samples, approvals, and quality requirements.
• Track shipments and coordinate import documentation with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Resolve production and shipping issues to keep orders on schedule.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in apparel sourcing, overseas production, and imports.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing; experience with factories in Pakistan is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage orders from placement through delivery.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and vendor negotiation skills.
