Impactful Early Learning Center Director

CWCC Inc. is hiring an Early Learning Center Administrator in Springfield, OH. This full-time role manages the childcare program, ensures licensing compliance, and supervises staff and activities to support children’s learning and well-being.

The Administrator develops policies, coordinates parent communications, and oversees enrollment, records, and programs while reporting to Operations leadership. Evening/weekend involvement may be required.
