ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) seeks a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA programs. You’ll supervise RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to drive client outcomes in a hybrid Frederick, MD setting.
Required BCBA certification and MD LBA licensure, a master’s in ABA or related field, and strong skills in assessment, goal-setting, and supervision.
