Immigration AttorneyRochester, Buffalo, or Albany, NYLegal ServicesWe seek an attorney to join our national business immigration practice in our Rochester, Buffalo, or Albany office. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in employment-based cases, including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.Responsibilities:Handle a variety of employment-based immigration cases.Prepare and file labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.Provide excellent client service and case management.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.Collaborate with clients to develop immigration strategies.Qualifications:Five to ten years of experience in business immigration law.Broad experience with labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.Excellent writing skills.Strong client service and case management abilities.Enthusiasm for client service and initiative.The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 $180,000. Actual base salary will be based on criteria such as experience, qualifications, and skill level.We are an EEO Employer.
