Grand Canyon University is a private, nondenominational Christian university in Phoenix, Arizona. The College of Nursing and Healthcare Professions has recently launched a 16‑month Accelerated Bridge to Bachelor of Science in Nursing program (ABSN) in Englewood, CO.
Location & Schedule
Location: 10700 E Geddes Ave #200, Englewood, CO 80124
Schedule: On‑site, Monday through Friday, 7:30AM–4:30PM
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $83,000–$95,500 per year, based on degree level, years of clinical practice, and teaching experience.

Responsibilities
- Serve as primary educational support for clinical simulation educational activities.
- Proactively coordinate with the Director of Nursing Services to schedule activities and manage equipment and supplies.
- Oversee all training processes and ensure systems and equipment enable learning outcomes.
- Lead trial, validation, and evaluation processes for implementation of scenarios as part of the curriculum.
- Orient, coordinate, and direct simulation technicians, actors, volunteers, and faculty prior to each scenario, including facilitation and debriefing.
- Coordinate and assist assigned faculty with video annotation, data capture, and creation of outcome tracking reports.
- Ensure faculty and learners are oriented to capabilities, limitations, safety, and proper use of all simulation manikins, trainers, AV, and equipment.
- Manage simulation activity supplies and equipment.
- Provide technical and operational support for AV systems, data collection systems, human patient simulator systems, computer systems, and task trainer systems.
- Provide reports or feedback to didactic faculty on student progress or outcomes.
- Occasionally work evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MSN) from a CCNE, NLNAC, or ACEN accredited program.
- Active, current, and unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in healthcare, clinical education, or healthcare simulation education.
- Demonstrated commitment to the university’s doctrinal statement, ethical position, and mission.
