Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced radiographic and CT methods to capture high-quality images for clinical assessments
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Position patients skillfully and adjust imaging equipment for optimal results
- Uphold all radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and staff
- Maintain thorough documentation, from imaging records to equipment upkeep
- Provide empathetic care and reassurance throughout the imaging process
- Help foster a safe, clean, and efficient imaging environment
- Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Completion of an accredited radiology program is essential
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is mandatory
- Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment
- Strong grasp of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety protocols
- Exceptional communication skills with patients and healthcare staff alike
- Adept at managing a fast-paced work environment while adapting to evolving needs
- Meticulous attention to detail, complemented by a strong sense of accountability
