ICU Registered Nurse

Pay Range: $58.65–$73.31/hour

Relocation Assistance: Up to $11,000 for eligible candidates relocating to Hawaii

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage clinical care for patients.
• Develop and initiate individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient/family outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Perform utilization management and discharge planning.
• Establish consistent and accountable relationships with patients and families.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient environment while maintaining patient safety and quality of care.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Hawaii.
• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS certification; if not certified at hire, must obtain within 3 months.
• Minimum 12 months of ICU RN experience, preferably within the last 3 years.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Ability to work in an environment involving exposure to blood/body fluids and communicable diseases.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, pushing/pulling, and assisting with patient care as required.
