The ideal candidate must have extensive experience building, supporting, and optimizing large-scale, complex systems and will be responsible for ensuring the reliable deployment, operation, and security of key integration and middleware platforms.This role involves direct ownership of system configuration, secure architecture, code deployments, patching, vulnerability remediation, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple technical and business teams.
The administrator must be able to quickly assume responsibilities for active projects and drive technical execution in environments with multiple priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, configure, deploy, and support enterprise-level IBM middleware technologies, including:WebSphere Application Server (Network Deploy)IBM HTTP ServerIBM BPM / Business Automation WorkflowIBM Integration Bus (IIB) / App Connect Enterprise (ACE)WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX)IBM MQIBM Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM)Provide middleware and operational support for custom-developed applications built on IBM WebSphere, BPM, ActiveVOS, and related platforms.Implement and support high-availability, secure architectures using F5 BIG-IP load balancers.Create and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Jenkins and Ansible for WAS, BPM, IIB/ACE, and WTX components.Integrate enterprise applications with IAM security solutions and enforce consistent security architecture patterns.Investigate and resolve break/fix issues related to system performance, hardware, and operating system behavior.Monitor infrastructure and application components and ensure compliance with operational standards and SLAs.Deploy code updates, perform release support activities, and apply required fix packs and patches across middleware tiers.Analyze and remediate security vulnerabilities, including web server, middleware, and load-balancer-level vulnerabilities.Maintain consistent architecture across environments while supporting application and infrastructure enhancements.Produce architectural documentation, technical specifications, and diagrams as needed.Support leadership reporting, status updates, and cross-team collaboration.Provide knowledge transfer and support small-to-medium-scale technical project management.Minimum Qualifications5 years’ experience installing, maintaining, and operating Informatica ActiveVOS5 years’ experience installing, maintaining, and operating IBM Business Process Manager-BPM family of software (other titles in series: Business Automation Workflow or BAW; WebSphere Process Server or WPS)5 years’ experience installing, maintaining, and operating IBM Integration Bus-IIB family of software (other titles in series: IBM App Connect Enterprise or ACE; WebSphere Message Broker)5 years’ experience working with healthcare program packages: HHS Integration Software (HHS Content, HHS Notify, & HHS Audit.
