Salary: $68,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements:

  • Experience with the IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform, including business objects, business processes, DataConnect, and integration objects
  • Awareness of IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF) as the successor to TRIRIGA, or experience with MREF; understanding of the TRIRIGA-to-MREF migration path
  • Knowledge of functional areas including space management, facilities management, real estate and lease management, workplace reservations, space booking, room and resource booking synchronization, and drawing management
  • Experience with CAD/DXF floor plan integration, the IBM CAD Integrator plug-in, and floor plan publishing processes
  • Knowledge of HR connectors and enterprise HR/MDM platforms, including employee, organizational hierarchy, manager rollup, lifecycle, department, and employee hierarchy data synchronization
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Exchange and Outlook, Microsoft Graph API, and calendars with workplace reservation modules
  • Familiarity with enterprise API gateway platforms such as Apigee, scheduled synchronization, DataConnect pipelines, MAS Integration Framework pipelines, and API-to-business-object data feeds
  • Understanding of TRIRIGA and MREF data models, including business objects, record types, and cross-module relationships
  • Knowledge of facilities management, space planning, lease accounting, room reservations, and occupancy data
  • Experience with platform migration planning, including TRIRIGA-to-MREF transitions, API migration, and connector migration
  • Skills in Apigee, REST APIs, Apache POI, Java, JSON, and Microsoft Azure
  • 10+ years of IT experience and 8+ years of software development experience
  • Bachelors degree
