Technical Qualifications
- Must have Okta certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Administrator, Okta Certified Consultant).
- Experience with directory services such as Active Directory, Entra ID and LDAP.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Familiarity with Okta Workflows.
- Hands on experience performing upgrade from Okta Classic version to OIE version.
- Experience with other security technologies such as firewalls, endpoint protection, and SIEM tools.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, and directory services.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation of tasks and integration purposes.
- Familiarity with identity standards such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
General Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Okta or similar IAM platforms.
- Knowledge of API usage and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
