Job Title: IAM Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Managing SaaS application integrations with app owners and vendors
- Triaging and resolving escalated access tickets from AIT Ops
- Supporting provisioning and deprovisioning across SaaS portfolio
- Maintaining documentation and runbooks for access processes
- Assisting with audit evidence and access reviews
This role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable in Okta, and enjoys both operational work and technical problem-solving.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years in IT operations, IAM, or a related field
- Has hands-on Okta experience (Azure AD / Entra ID are a plus)
- Has xhqgsiq worked on SaaS integrations, including SCIM and SSO
- Is familiar with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Has basic scripting experience in Python or JavaScript (a plus)
