IAM Business AnalystOur client is looking for an IAM Business Analyst for a 2 month remote contract.We have an immediate need for a short-term, part-time Business Analyst with experience in the following areas:Proven experience in process analysis and documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in VisioThe Business Analyst will work on IAM Stabilization with the IAM Engineering team. Tasks include:Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document current access management processes.Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and workflows.Create detailed process maps and documentation to capture the current state.Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes.Collaborate with technical teams to understand system functionality and constraints.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings.Assist in the development of future state process improvements.Maintain and update documentation as processes evolve.
