Hybrid Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Location: Denver, CO | Hybrid (In-Home & Virtual)

Employment Type: Part-Time | Minimum of 15 Hours Per Week

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services to children and families through in‑home visits and virtual care.
• Coach parents on strategies for everyday challenges such as emotional regulation, transitions, executive functioning, and daily routines.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progress documentation using the Kinspire digital platform.
• Collaborate with a community of experienced OTs for mentorship and peer caseload support.
• Maintain the hybrid care model with one synchronous in‑home session per family and the remainder of care delivered asynchronously.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pediatric OT experience (10+ years preferred).
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Colorado.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience with sensory processing, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and family‑centered interventions.
• Comfortable with both in‑home visits and virtual parent coaching.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance.
• Tech‑savvy and willing to use Kinspire’s digital platform.
