Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules to ensure all project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with other trades on-site to avoid installation conflicts and delays.
- Oversee the installation of ductwork according to sheet metal shop drawings.
- Assign daily tasks to team members and monitor their workmanship.
- Inspect job sites to ensure all company safety policies are strictly followed.
- Verify that all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available for the crew.
- Lead job site meetings and communicate progress to the Superintendent.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and layout challenges in the field.
- Obtain formal approval for any change orders or additional work requests.
