Their work includes projects such as contaminated site cleanup, water treatment, facility deactivation, and habitat restoration. They serve a wide range of clients across sectors including government, education, energy, manufacturing, and aerospace.

The company employs approximately 190 people and growing!Job Description:This onsite HR Generalist role is a great fit for an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) human resources professional who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment. As part of a small and collaborative HR team, this individual will support core HR functions—including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations—while helping to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. The HR Generalist will also serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing coaching and guidance, and will work closely with Safety Managers to ensure alignment between HR practices and field operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting: post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and extend offersLead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate system data entryAddress employee inquiries regarding payroll, PTO, and general HR concernsOversee benefits enrollment and respond to employee benefits questionsAudit and process benefits and 401(k) reports and invoices on a regular basisCoordinate performance reviews and maintain compensation recordsHandle employee relations issues, manage leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA), and resolve workplace concernsCoach managers, particularly field leadership, on HR best practicesQualifications:3–5 years of generalist-level HR experienceBilingual in Spanish and English (required)Strong background in talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and benefitsExperience with Vista or ADP (Vista preferred)Comfortable giving pushback and navigating tough conversationsConstruction industry experience preferred, but not requiredAdditional Details:Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (can be flexible with earlier start time)Work Environment: Onsite, business casual dress codeReports to: HR ManagerCompany Size: ~190 employeesPerks:Discretionary annual bonus (paid in June)Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchOpportunity to work closely with leadership and influence company cultureStable role with room for growthAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
