Human Resources CoordinatorThe Edw. C. Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our Corporate Office in Dearborn, MI.

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and technical support across multiple human resources functions, including HRIS administration, talent acquisition, compliance, compensation, and employee data management.BenefitsCompetitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution, Long- and Short-term DisabilityTuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programsStudent Loan Repayment ProgramEmployee Referral ProgramResponsibilitiesThe Human Resources Coordinator will:Maintain employee records and process employee data transactions within Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and ADP systemsProcess monthly collective bargaining agreement (CBA) wage updates and coordinate mass hourly and non-bargaining pay rate changesTroubleshoot and resolve interface issues between Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and ADP systemsGenerate, analyze, and distribute HR reports using Oracle OTBI, Oracle EBS, and ADP reporting toolsAudit HR system data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and complianceMaintain the LevyYou Employee Portal and provide user supportAssist employees and managers with HR system questions and technical issuesSupport the implementation of new HR system functionality and enhancements, including user acceptance testing and system validationDraft and maintain job descriptions for new and existing positionsPrepare and post job advertisements through appropriate recruiting channelsReview resumes, conduct initial candidate phone screenings, and coordinate interview schedulingPrepare employment offer letters and onboarding documentationEnsure compliance with Form I-9 and E-Verify employment eligibility requirementsPrepare and submit required government reports, including EEO-1 and VETS-100 reportingAssist with compliance reporting activities and administration of dependent Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requestsResearch market compensation data and compile salary survey informationCoordinate the annual hourly non-bargaining wage increase processParticipate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assignedPerform other duties as assigned by supervisorSkillsHigh School Diploma/GED or coursework toward a degree in Human Resources or Business degree or related experienceKnowledge of HRIS (Oracle HCM, ADP and EBS experience a plus)Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirementsStrong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksAbility to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats, including individually and in group settingsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills and PowerPointAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishAbility to Lift up to 20 lbs., sit, walk and stand for extended periods of timeValid driver's licenseTo ApplyPlease submit your resume.
