Human Resources & Training AssociateCoordinates and executes HR service programs. Ensures the maintenance and proper utilization of systems, databases or processes by end user and ensures that service level agreements are achieved. Detailed description includes tasks such as communicating and facilitating processes and procedures related to training & development, benefits, and other programs that promote employee engagement.
The position requires significant knowledge of legislation impacting the practice of human resources management, company HR policies and practices, and local HRIS system and report writing. Good public presentation skills, ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers, and ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner are also required.
