What is the opportunity?
This role combines systems infrastructure expertise with data quality management, supporting organizational efficiency through two complementary functions: optimizing mainframe/mid-frame operating systems and maintaining data hygiene within HR systems. The position requires complete technical knowledge and strong analytical skills to identify gaps, drive process improvements, and ensure reliable data integrity across critical business systems.
What will you do?
Monitor mainframe/mid-frame systems to identify performance gaps and optimize operating system efficiency
Investigate systems issues and bridge communication between operational and product teams
Lead process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
Document processes end-to-end using MS Visio or Murals for current and future states
Manage data hygiene cases by identifying, prioritizing, and resolving HR data quality issues with root cause analysis
Execute data corrections directly in HR systems based on validated reports and approved initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities and test systems during enhancements
Support administrative projects and share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and preventive measures

The expected salary range for this particular position is $55,000-$95,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
