HousekeeperThe Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of community facilities to support a safe and welcoming environment. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness across shared spaces while contributing to a positive resident experience.Responsibilities• Perform routine and deep cleaning of community facilities, including common areas, restrooms, and shared spaces, ensuring consistent adherence to cleanliness standards• Maintain organization and sanitation of assigned areas, identifying and addressing cleaning needs proactively• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning agents in accordance with safety guidelines• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance or repair needs to leadership• Work collaboratively with team members while also managing assigned tasks independently• Provide courteous and professional interactions with residents, guests, and team members• Maintain flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities as neededRequirementsMinimum QualificationsAbility to work 8am-4pm weekend schedulePrior housekeeping, janitorial, or related cleaning experienceAbility to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable attendance and consistent work ethicAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsExperience working in residential communities, hospitality, or similar environmentsFamiliarity with commercial cleaning equipment and productsPhysical RequirementsLifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds on a regular basisMobility: Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive cleaning motions throughout the shiftWorking Conditions: Primarily onsite in indoor and outdoor community spaces; may include exposure to varying temperatures and environmental conditionsPersonal Protective Gear: Use of gloves and other protective equipment as required when handling cleaning supplies and materialsExtended Sitting or Standing: Ability to stand and move for extended periods during scheduled shiftsManual Dexterity: Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment and use mobile devices or basic reporting tools as neededDriving: Not typically required; if required for specific communities, must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle recordWe are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible work environment.
