Luxury Senior Living Communities in Kendall is looking for a Housekeeper for its Palace Suites Independent Living Community located at 11377 SW 84th Street Miami, FL 33173.

The #1 priority of this position is to maintain a clean, healthy environment for the residents, visitors, and staff that promotes good mental and physical health in pleasant surroundings free of litter, germs, and debris.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clean apartments, public areas & public restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, offices, pool area, and other designated areas in and out of the building.
• Keep the facility clean and free of hazards at all times.
• Remove trash to designated areas.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are clean and orderly at all times.
• Change bed linens and place linens in the washing machine weekly

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3 years of housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting.
• A high school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English. Spanish preferred.

• Responsible, always on time, resourceful, very accurate and detail-oriented
• Flexible as to work schedule. Must be available to work on weekends, holidays, and in emergency situations.
• Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communications, interpersonal skills, and empathetic listening.
